FAQ // Shipping & Paying

For domestic shipments we use PostNL, since we are based in the Netherlands.

They also carry out our international shipments to the destination country, where they will be delivered by the domestic postal service.

The costs are based on the PostNL tariffs for local or international package shipments.

Sometimes additional costs are applied, i.e. Import Tariffs for the United States.

No tariffs duties apply for our products.

But the Customs fees/Import taxes are very high for every package that enters the United States. This is called the Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) and can be calculated on this website

The Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) is an important aspect of international trade, particularly for those importing goods into the United States. This fee is paid to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for processing the imports. The MPF is classified as an ad valorem tax, meaning it is calculated as a percentage of the value of the imported goods. This fee is in addition to any duties that may be levied on the shipment.
Effective | Ad Valorem | Minimum | Maximum
10/1/2025 | 0.3464% | $33.58 | $651.50
For our products this can be calculated here

An invoice will be sent to you when the order is finished and ready to ship. This might take a couple of days, depending on the order size.

The invoice is attached to the “Your order is on its way!” e-mail.
